While we complete almost all of our moves without any incident, we understand that anything can happen. If something does happen during your move, the first step is to open a damage or missing item claim.
In order to begin the claims process, all required information must be filled out completely. As noted in the Bill of Lading, all claims must be submitted within 90* days from the date of your move. Any claims submitted past 90 days are no longer valid. Once submitted, a member of our team will be in touch with you within 48 hours to review your claim. .
*Some out of state moves may have extended deadlines.
