Sometimes I experience a demonstration of a superior quality process that compels me to share my gratitude with the company or organization. Our moving experience with All Chicago Moving and Storage is one of those superior events. We were taken care of by the All-All Pro moving team led by Harold and Phil, including estimator Janice, and the kindly Walter and Ed from the warehouse for cartons. Every person we met at every step of the process was personable, friendly, professional, and likeable. I’m a private person by nature. There are few events as stressful to endure as a move..with all of our personal belongings, family antiques, childrens’ favorite things, and three pieces requiring Herculean strength to carry to the truck. I was relieved right away when I met the team leaders exactly on time in the morning and introducing themselves by name.
Our floors were carefully taped off along the hallways and steps with cardboard to protect the wood finish. Each piece of wood furniture was wrapped carefully by moving blankets and pads. Everything arrived unblemished at our new home; every box delivered to the correct rooms, all ahead of the estimated day’s schedule, and on budget.
Michael, please pass along how grateful my family is for the excellent service and kindness demonstrated by your team. Thank them for taking such good care of our treasures, and making a typically hard day go so smoothly.

I was impressed from the very start and felt very reassured that I would be well taken-care-of by all of you. I would highly recommend All Chicagoland to others for commercial or residential moves. Kevin and Jeff: Two angels. They showed up on time (actually, 10 minutes early — which was wonderful!), had a positive attitude, were very respectful of me and my possessions, were efficient and conscientious and did a wonderful job of handling things so carefully and respectfully.
I have moved many times in my life — commercial and residential – and this is the best experience I have ever had.

All Chicagoland Movers did such a great job, I felt others should be able hear about the experience. I used All Chicagoland for a local move and would highly recommend them. We called a couple of weeks before our move and they sent someone out the next day to estimate the move. They were picking up from our three bedroom home and a storage unit and delivering to a new house two days later. They gave us what we considered to be a very fair quote and we accepted it. They came out just when they said they would on the pick up day. Steve and the crew were fast, polite and professional. When it came time to drop at the new house, they were even earlier than the first day. Even though it was a three story house, they never once complained. Again, they were fast, polite and professional. They were also very engaging to the entire family and (probably most importantly when you’re talking about a move) very careful with our belongings and caring for our home. They protected the floors and carpets, took things apart with care (including removing and reinstalling doors) and asked over and over again if they could do anything else for us. In the end, they ended up charging us $600 LESS than the estimate. When does that ever happen?! All Chicagoland provided a great moving experience at a great price.

I recently had All Chicagoland move me and my family from the City to Park Ridge. Darrell the Estimator came out on time and gave an accurate estimate. He was professional and called my attention to items that would help make the move go quicker. Their free box rental for local moves is awesome as it saves $, is good for the environment and forces you to unpack within 30 days.
On Move day the crew showed up in the specified window (on the early side of it) and was very professional in protecting our house and our possessions. Steve the Driver was very courteous and managed his crew very well. All 4 laborers were polite and great to work with. On the unload the same could be said and all items were placed where I asked them to be.
I was a mover in my younger years and have seen good and bad moves. A lot of it has to do with the crew and the preparedness and expectations of the person moving. We hit on all cylinders here. All Chicagoland is lucky to have a driver like Steve as an employee. Steve and his crew are all assets for this company. I will recommend All Chicagoland to friends in the future.

Moving made easy! We’ve used All Chicagoland Moving and Storage for two of our local moves within the last year. The crew was friendly, quick, and in good humor, despite all the heavy lifting. No items were damaged or lost with either move. On the second move, we had ACMS handle the packing for us. They expertly wrapped, packed, and safely delivered breakables and furniture. Upon arrival, the crew handled set-up of furniture that needed to be unassembled for the move and made sure we were happy with everything in its new place. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their work.
